if a show is on cable, does it have the same freedom of speech rights as broadcast shows? My understanding is that it has more. The FCC claims authority to partially regulate over the air broadcasts because the spectrum is a limited resource, but that doesn't apply to cable.
Regardless, censorship of idiotic views is not the answer, refuting them with facts and logic is.

Fred Durst is a tool, he is uneducated. The one that really burned me up was Tom Morello, former guitarist of "Rage against the Machine". He's the one who made the comments about this just being a war for "Bush's oil". He's a socialist anyway, so it discredits him in my book automatically.
