City Beneath the Surface
Hi - welcome to hell
You are all here
For this where you must dwell
Sinners and cheats
Sit here with Satan
And have all your spirits meet
Oh city beneath the surface above
How you survive on evil and blood
You breathers in this space
You never can leave this place
Die - we all must die
How will you face it
When you bend to your knees and cry
Burn - like witches burn
When will you sinners believe
That it's your time to learn?
Oh city beneath the surface above
How you survive on evil and blood
You breathers in this space
You never can leave this place
You breathers in this space
You never can leave this place
Punished for the way that you lived
Raping and stealing
But never one thought to give
Here forever - not a trail or a trace
Total illusions of tales
Of the unholy place

Alright I got something to say It's better to burn out than fade away All right Gonna start a fire
Rise up, gather round Rock this place to the ground Burn it up let's go for broke Watch the night go up in smoke
Rock on, rock on Drive me crazier, no serenade No fire brigade, just pyromania
What do you want? What do you want? I want rock'n'roll, yes I do Long live rock'n'roll
Oh let's go, let's strike a light We're gonna blow like dynamite I don't care if it takes all night Gonna set this town alive, come on
What do you want? What do you want? I want rock'n'roll, allright Long live rock'n'roll
Rock of ages, rock of ages Still rollin', keep a-rollin' Rock of ages, rock of ages Still rollin', rock 'n' rollin' We got the power, got the glory Just say you need it and if you need it Say yeah
Now listen to me I'm burnin', burnin', I got the fever I know for sure, there ain't no cure So feel it, don't fight it, go with the flow Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme one more for the road
What do you want? What do you want? I want rock'n'roll, you betcha Long live rock'n'roll
Rock of ages, rock of ages Still rollin', keep a-rollin' Rock of ages, rock of ages Still rollin', rock 'n' rollin' We got the power, got the glory Just say you need it and if you need it Say yeah, say yeah
We're gonna burn this damn place down Down to the ground

For anyone who is familiar with the tune, you simply can't go wrong with that music they used to play at the Meadowlands Arena before New Jersey Devils hockey games.
The "Welcome to Hell" signs that are often seen in the stands there during the Stanley Cup playoffs would be an interesting side show.

Just for Shites and Giggles....I think the Apocalypse Now thingie is sort of Urban Legend.
Immigrant Song is hard to beat...if anyone can hear the lyrics..they are spot on.
Lucky Man...the pipes and the theme...maybe better for mop-up later.
The End .....nuff said...if the gunners are of the surreal variety.
Hells Bells.....appropriate because they will surely be ringing.
Immigrant Song is hard to beat in a mythic way and also as anyone who lives in the east north of Birmingham Alabama knows...this past winter...."we (really do) come from the land of the ice and snow"
