I do!!!!!! Look at it this way after we take out saddam we then also have a foreign base to go after all the other terrorists regims (sp?).
It's either them or us & we are now firmly in the drivers seat!!!

And Aziz no doubt has a large bank account from all the years he sold his soul to Saddam - and he's leaving Iraq to go join it.

Its a port. If its captured, more troops and equipment can be offloaded onshore through it instead of having to be funnelled through Kuwait.

Tariq Aziz has moved northward into Turkey
Why?
Several possibilities. But it reminds me of Rudolf Hess, Hitler's third-in-command, who parachuted into England to try to persuade England to join in the putsch on Russia.
Hess spent the rest of the war (and the rest of his life) in the pokey.

I'm just saying that he is not on the pre-arranged list. I'm also saying that I doubt he will be prosecuted. I am not saying that if you are not on the list that you will not be prosecuted. :)

A Kuwaiti general has confirmed to FNC that US/UK troops are in the DMZ on the Kuwaiti side.

Has Saddam's UN envoy been detained yet?
To: The Wizard
I heard Steve Doocey (sp?) just say this. I wonder if a sand storm would be the perfect time to go in?? GPS works.

[Saddam's] son is under house arrest now, too.A son-in-law, if I recall correctly, not his son Uday or Qasay.

That would be an interesting thing for New York Freepers to look for. I have no idea, although he looked like he was going to try to bolt yesterday.

Yup, its a port. They want it for the same reason we wanted the French ports after D-Day began in 1944.
