"Man Landru, you are REALLY callin' the boy out, aren't ya?"

Kinda.
But lookit, all kidding aside.
Let me say one thing (to you) about this matter.
I know exactly how this man [read: Mudboy] feels about the Springsteen character.
I sure do.
Don'tchu think *I* had my fair share of entertainment industry icons in my life??
From amoung those there were a huge number who just had to go & open their big mouths by entering the political arena by doing so on the WRONG side?
Then had the unmitigated GALL to think I'd still be around to (finacially) support 'em??

Don'tcha think axing these people was a LOSS to me, my life, & in some cases -- who I am -- bidding them all adios?
Well I have; many times, & I'm continually culling the Hollyweird *himbo*/*bimbo* herd everytime one of 'em opens their ignorant, shorsighted & ungrateful traps to further denegrade my country & her leader.

I mean try to imagine this: what if I were to say the "Bloviator" -- Alec Baldwin -- was (eventually) going to be coming out to head-up a Hollyweird gala in support of Dubya & my beloved country in this action against the maniac??
Further imagine my position was based solely BECAUSE I happen to like the guy's acting, also!!

The very notion Baldwin would do any such thing is so far beyond ludicrous as to be dopey as hell; moreover, my saying such an outrageous thing actually has the net effect of elevating the leaker to a *status* he simply does not deserve -- if only -- in my mind.
But there're others who might actually respect what I'm saying & they just might believe such baloney. ~eh?

Well?
That's what I percieved Mudboy did by even insinuating that clown would (voluntarily) participate in an USO event, of any kind.
There're many people on this forum who really revere the Mudboy -- & rightfully so -- who deserve better.

Oh Springsteen's an "American," alright; &, a far left, pro-union, Liberal-Socialist one at that.
Such has BEEN his whole image & shtick from the very beginning of his career for chrissakes; and, although it might've been *somewhat* chic & popular back then??
It's boorish & borderlining on treasonous now.
Every bit as much as what the airhead Blixie Dorks did.

Hell's bells FBD, Stevie Wonder could see that much, too.
If I've a *problem*??
It'd be I expect a hellova lot more from a guy who's as on the ball -- as I happen to think -- the one who calls himself, "Mudboy Slim" is.
Period.

Mind you, I have no right whatsoever to hold that man in such high esteem or place any expectation on him whatsoever, too.
But as long as I do?
Then it'll have to be Mudboy himself who must be the one to change my opin & do so with his own deed(s).
Not mine.

"I was told by a Celebrity Judge, (who shall remain Un-named) that Mud was 'all hat, and no saddle' LOL!"

You did, huh?

...since when has Mud's bride been a "celebrity judge," anyway? ;^)
