BTW. My old band opened for that hump around '88 or '89.

The guy never came out of his tour bus, never said a word to us, never thanked us for bringing 500 people to the club (it was a big joint in CT. that has since closed), and then had the cojones to send his roadie out to me to ask if he could BORROW tubes from my amp! (his amp was built by the same guy)

I told him if Pat was too big a star to come and ask me himself, he probably had the money to buy his own tubes. Besides, I told him, the sound is in the hands, not the amp.

He was a hammerhead.
