There's a great difference in an unmanned cruise missle and thousands of troops deployed. Yes there is. The latter is far more likely to get the job done than the former.

I'm sure we agree. I believe Morris was mentioning the morale and timing of Daschle's statement.
Delay was against the manner in which Clinton went about conducting lobbing unmanned cruise missiles, without UN consensus and without Congressional approval. Bush has gone the extra mile and Daschle has politicized his remarks based upon, it appears to me, on statements that were spoken by Republicans during Clinton's "wag the dog".
Is that what you mean? And yes we are capable and able to finish the job with troops on the ground by God's grace and giving us victory.
