It seems to me that between ChIraq's message and Blixie's message today, they are both trying to broadcast advice to Saddam to hold off using his chems and bio's. Telling him in non-words that using them would justify the position Bush and Blair have had all along.

France is doing damage control now not wanting to pay the price of their opposition.
