Ollie North on Foxnews just said the rumor going around in the Middle East is that French diplomats and inteligence agents are assisting in the destruction of [I assume] Iraqi documents showing French complicity in helping Iraq further its WMD programs.

No surprise here. All I want is Jacques Chirac brought up on chages of crimes against humanity through collaboration with Saddam Hussein.

It'll show up on a hard drive or drives somewhere.
And those who knew of the destruction can be 'made to talk'. It'll all come out. I don't doubt their frantic efforts to cover up at this point. Unless they kill everyone that has KNOWLEDGE of the French Connection, it can never be covered up, though!

France is very corrupt. If true, and it sounds feasible, they are trying to destroy documents that expose them and their (most likely corrupt) dealings with the regime.

Hopefully they will have a more difficult task trying to destroy already installed Mirage replacement parts manufactured in 2003.

Yes, most will probably come out. They may, however, obscure some of the finer details. I really hope that the players in this are brought to justice. Chirac has no business presenting himself as some sort of "peace loving" figure.

No. This can't be. I'm shocked.
WAKE UP. FRANCE ALREADY SHARES NUCLEAR AND SAT/SIGINT DATA WITH IRAQ.
Isn't that worse than burning a few docs?
