I realize this only has tertiary relevance to the story you posted, but it reminds me of something I saw in traffic last week.
I was behind a car that had some type of television monitor on the visors and I noticed the driver was playing a video game while stopped in traffic. God as my witness, I don't know the name of it, but it was some sort of driving game. What's the point in that???
