It is clear from the aforegoing narration that the flight bombing of the twin towers of the World Trade Centre, New York and the Pentagon has no basis in Islamic Shari'ah. Therefore, as Muslims, we are required to adhere to the laws of the Shari'ah.
If Muslims perceive any injustices to them, they should create suitable channels and avenues to address such issues. If they are unsuccessful in their endervours, they should make Mashwara (consult) with the Fuqahaa (intelligent) and Aabideen (pious) people on the best course of action. 1. If your intention is solely to facilitate easier travel, you are permitted to obtain US citizenship. Although the oath of allegiance is un-Islamic in nature, it will not be treated as an 'Islamic oath'. Therefore, you are not compelled to execute the oath.2. If you are called up to bear arms against Muslims, you are not permitted to do so by Islamic law.

According to the Shari’ah, if a girl is a minor (did not attain puberty), she may be given in marriage by her father. When she attains puberty, she has the right to maintain the marriage or discontinue the marriage. Israel is a Hebrew word, the equivalent of Abdullah in Arabic, which means the 'servant of Allah'.This was the title given to Hadhrat Ya'coob (Alayhis salaam) by the Jews. He had 12 sons by which the Qur'aan makes reference to as 'al-Asbaat' (12 sons of Ya'coob) (Baqar Aayat136). The 12 tribes of Israel emerged from the progeny of these 12 sons. Hence, they are addressed in the Qur'aan as 'Banu Israaeel' (children of Israel, i.e. Ya'coob (Alayhis salaam)). So, it is clear that the Jews have been synonymous with the name Israel since before Nabi (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam), thus, before the revelation of the Qur' aan.
