Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this the first time they have carried an American flag instead of burning it?

"It is. And I am disgusted by 95% of the comments in various threads on this incident."

Whaaa!!

And we're all disgusted that the world is focusing on the death of this twit instead of on the thousands of Jews who have been killed and maimed by the Moors.

"anytime an American is killed by a foreign nation it is cause for rebuke"!!! Okay...then where was the "rebuke" when American students were viciously murdered at Hebrew University last summer? Where was the rebuke when a little American girl was viciously murdered by a Palestinian animal homicide scum bomber a couple of weeks ago? I didn't see any "rebuke" then. DID YOU???

I also hope there are many more in the states, that suports a fair solution of the conflict in the middle east. No such thing to be seen by the present
Israeli dealings.

So if Israel gets out of Gaza and the West Bank the Palestinians will establish a peaceful state or a terrorist state? Muslims are strong believers in Jihad so my bet is a Palestinian state would be terrorist state. You may manage a prison but you are very naive about human nature in the Middle East. About the way Islamic Jihads operate. For Muslims Jihad is eternal. It never ends but it does allow for phony treaties to be signed with the intent of violating them later when one is stronger. This is the doctrine of Mohammed and he did just this in the Koran. Advocated lying and breaking treaties.

Of special interest, in this context, are Arafat's repeated references to the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, signed by the Prophet Muhammad with his Meccan enemies when they were still stronger than him, and then abandoned (as he conquered the city) within a much shorter time than the Treaty itself warranted. The first such reference made public came shortly after the signing of the Interim agreement, in the "Jihad" speech he made at the Mosque in Johannesburg (obtained by the Jewish community, and broadcast in Israel in May 1994).

On various occasions, Arafat continued to use the language of "Jihad", literally a "Struggle", but in the specific (religiously colored) context of the Palestinian struggle, a clear reference to the violent option. Thus, in a eulogy to a Palestinian official - on June 15 1995 (at the height of the Oslo Process) - he paid homage, among others, to two women terrorists (Dalal al-Mughrabi and 'Abir Wahidi); and spoke of the children throwing stones as "the Palestinian Generals". He also swore to his audience (which was clearly sympathetic with the Hamas) that "the oath is firm to continue this difficult Jihad, this long Jihad, in the path of martyrs, the path of sacrifices".

She's become the "poster" child of the Left.

The bulldozer has limited sight because it is armored. She should have stayed out of the way.

The windows are also smaller. And my guess reinforced as much as possible to guard against a lucky 50 caliber bullet, RPG or rocket. Imagine the propaganda coup if an IDF bulldozer driver got incinerated!

Friends try to help Rachel Corrie of Olympia, a member of the International Solidarity Movement, after she was run over by an Israeli army bulldozer in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah.

The Rafah house was a doctor's house but not Rantisi's. He lives elsewhere in Gaza in a nice compound with grape arbors and fruit trees.

"How many of rachels freinds in the Peace movement have learned from her?"

NONE

One thing for sure, she will be HONORED at Evergreen State as some sort of hero. A building will probably be renamed for her. They had Mumia, the cop killer as their co-commencement speaker in 2000.
