The Leftists are nicely separating themselves from the Liberals. The more disgusting they become, the more some Liberals will review their own positions. Because they will be going - "I'm not like those a--holes!"
But before I have a discussion about that, I want to say, that when they handed the letter to Tariq Aziz, he could not hold the letter. Because his hands were shaking so badly, and his knees were buckling. Did you know that? The letter said, Saddam and his sons have 48 hours to leave Iraq. Of course, Mr. Aziz wanted to be rather philosophical about it all. He believes that everything should be “proper”. I think Mr. Aziz may not have very long to live in Saddam’s regime, perhaps he may survive the war and move to France, I don’t know - but I think not. He has to give Mr. Hussein some bad news, but being that Saddam already knows the bad news Mr. Aziz isn’t going to deliver that letter – never – because, you know, Saddam may put some lead in his belly or something. He probably doesn’t know that his best friend right now may be George Bush.
So, he was very philosophical about it all, and he told the U.S. State Department that this letter isn’t “proper”. You know, the whole thing about 911, about this “kill the Jews, death to America” thing, is that, ever since that day in September, when the Left and the Palestinians danced in the streets at the death of Americans, there was a certain prevailing element in American society that, well, just sort of stopped all the philosophy stuff. The one thing we talk about really isn’t a “conversation”, it is not a lecture. It is not a philosophy.
Because, maybe there are too many philosophies in the world. There are already too many theories in the world. There is sort of a disadvantage if you have three people, three conflicting ideas, especially if a particular loud mouth is all about “feelings”, and inner experiences don’t count anymore – this is when philosophy is simply propaganda, simply repetitive motion. That is what liberalism is today, in large measure. The reason the left and Islamic terrorists are allies, is because, besides sharing their hatred of America, hatred of us and our freedom from them and their dogmas, hatred of us because we are too busy for their propaganda, too free to live their repetitive motion, is that – well, you notice that the left, and Islamic terrorism, really went berserker in the summer of 1968, about the time of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago and thereabouts. It has to do with landing on the moon. The left, and Islam – they hate us. Because, we landed on the moon. Understand? We touched the moon, and the foot that did so, was America. Islam could never take that. Because, it is such a threat. Such a threat to their primitive minds, to their philosophy, their propaganda, their repetitive motions. Same with the liberals and the left. They hate us for that reason.
We went to Afghanistan, and prevailed. You see, that is the same, the SAME as landing on the moon. When we went to Afghanistan, it was sort of like landing on the moon all over again. No one else has ever prevailed in this. We did. And now, we are going to go to Iraq, and yes, as reasonable people, we perfectly understand that all nations come and go, they have their sun rise and sun set, like the British Empire for example. So, we live with that reality. The thing is, after we go to Iraq, this is not our sun rise – nor is it our sun set. This is the start of our greatest sun – our Empire is going to begin, and many, many Americans are going to live very good lives. You may not believe that. But, it is so. Our Empire is now coming. It sounds strange, but our riches, our empire, comes through the liberation of others. Through their liberation, a dynamic is going to happen in the world economy, and peoples. It will enrich our children, beyond your wildest imaginations. Anyway, I like to use the word “EMPIRE”, because it really drives the left wing freaks and the Islamic kooks nuts. You will be told it is evil. But, as folks water their nice gardens, they will be too happy to bother with the idiots who shout a bunch of philosophy, they are the dust bins of history – at least for now, it is our time in the sun before it sets. Iraq will be rebuilt. Do you know, that some of the companies, corporations, that will rebuild Iraq, they will be Israeli companies? That is right. The worm is going to turn.
As far as the philosophies are concerned, maybe the philosophers, the “professors”, better understand that a bird, for example, needs both the nest and the sky if it is to attain some kind of self-fulfillment. That is what we are going to give to the Iraqi people. That is what we are going to ensure for our children, who will become very rich by the way. But that is only consequential, but not elementary, to the renaissance that is about to begin. Oh, by the way, communism will be dead. It is already a dinosaur. Fidel and his son’s have a big surprise coming.
The Chinese are going to try to get a man on the moon very soon. It’s important to them. But, they will always be second place. Not first. We are first. All the rest are second. What it meant, when we put a man on the moon, was that the next century is ours. We didn’t want to get into this thing with the Islamic kooks, but they wanted to get our attention, and hey, they sure did that. Too bad for them. As for the Left, they were already dead after the Soviet Union fell. These leftists are even more of dinosaurs than the Islamic kooks. At least the Islamic kooks have real philosophy, which is quite beautiful in it’s own. The Left’s philosophy, it not only is not beautiful in the least – simply plastic, without soul – well, it just sucks. Socialism sucks. Ironic, Socialism is a Western thing. Communism, which basically only lives as a controlling force in selected areas of the East, it’s a Western thing. Communism is Western. So even considering that, in one way, the West through communism conquered China. But, it doesn’t have much longer to be a factor, even in China. The Chinese people are going to overthrow this idiotic, Western, dinosaur.
There is none in the world who is not blamed. Especially if you get your face on television, or have a nice living. And since, given any time a moment, every single American that is soon to live will have their face on television (or the internet, if you will), every single American is now destined to become a celebrity for a moment. Every single American will have a moment to actually make an impact. In fact, every single American is going to have a moment to shape the direction of one historical moment, shadow, turn of the screw – our power is immense. That is why every single American is going to be blamed. Blamed for something. But who cares. The world is our oyster. By the way, it’s for every single American. Not hyphenated American. So some folks will have to make up their mind what they are.
We will be able to do this – we will be able to adopt our President’s formula, and hand the Muslims a fountain-pen, and let them write out their demands. And then, we will be able to buy whatever they demand, even if it is only an illusion to them and we know the better for it.
By the way, when the creeps take to the streets, when Americans are dead in Iraq, we are going to go into the streets. It will be sort of a surprise for them. We are going to really give them a very, very hard time. They won’t like it. And, all the folks which were hurt by the creeps such as Saddam Hussein, hurt by the Islamic kooks, hurt by the Left – we are going to tell these people, “look, there is a CNN reporter guy . . . the ABC radio news on the hour girl ... they’re over there with their cameras and microphone. They’re the one’s who were the cheerleaders for those who hurt you, see here is the paperwork to prove it. That is what they did. You little daughter was kidnapped, tortured, your relative persecuted, murdered, put in concentration camps – by the people who that CNN reporter and the ABC radio news girl were cheerleaders for. Maybe you might want to go over and discuss it with them.”
And that is what they will do. They will go over and discuss it with them. Something like that. Wouldn’t want to be them.
Oh, one last thing. I’m a Nixon Republican. And I want to tell Steven, in San Francisco, the one who rides around in that junky van with his guitar and calls up talk radio stations pretending to be someone else so he can tell us about who shot John Lennon. You are a very intelligent guy. In your own way. You seem to know a lot. Do you know who shot John Lennon? We did – the Nixon Republicans. So yadda, yadda, har har. That’s right. It wasn’t Mr. S. King the writer. You are a smart guy, but not so smart – you didn’t know, that Elvis shook President Nixon’s hand? Look carefully. At the hand shake. Do you see it? It’s the sign. The secret handshake. And that’s not all. It the second foundation, after Oswald. And something else. We have Nixon’s DNA. I don’t need to tell you much more than that. Even if I like to pull your chain. But, I know you’ve been hanging out in the streets with the creeps and the Workers World Party folks. You found that your oration has an ear that listens with them. But, we are there, too. We have our Nixon Republican operatives as agents, spies, in the WWP, and we know everything. We have all the names.

The Ugly American is the blowhard. I've left a lot of rhetoric unchallenged when I've heard it from fools lately (in personal contact). They are so far off the mark on their positions that I would have to spend 6 hours putting them on a track that their egos and political investment won't allow them to commit to.
I grin and bear it as they rail against evil "conservatives" and "right wingers". The simplest answer to the question "What makes us think that Saddam plans to use these weapons against us?" - Saddam has been stockpiling illegal arms since the peace agreement in 1991. That is a good indication that he does not have peaceful intentions. Whether Saddam plans to use them against the USA or a closer target like Israel does not matter.
The leftist gun control advocates would not sit back and let a released felon stockpile illegal arms with the belief that he would not use them for further criminal behavior. Mere possession is a crime for him at this point.
Even Bill Clinton conceded in a recent interview that his airstrikes on Iraq (which went unopposed by this crowd) just set back (did not eliminate) Saddam's weapons programs. He said that he knew it would have to be addressed again by the next administration.
At some point our nation will need to act with resolve to finish the problem for once and for all. That will require the removal of Saddam from power (not necessarily his death).
We do not need a UN resolution to go after Saddam. Everyone political neophyte blames former President Bush saying that we should have removed Saddam from power back in 1991. We had agreed to other nations that we would not pursue Saddam into Bagdad. When we get approval from other nations, we tie one arm behind our backs. Meanwhile we are fighting an opponent who does not even play by the rules to begin with (using outlawed weapons and techniques). We do not need to cross the line in tactics but we should not restrict ourselves from fighting war as the rules have been laid down for all nations.
