Excellent article. But reform will never happen. We have a unique opportunity now with a Republican President and Congress to enact the radical reform wwe need to fix tthe problem. Instead, we're growing government.

It astounds me that our churches remain so silent while the government takes almost 20% of the income for most of their members to provide for "social security."

Silent? They're some of the biggest cheerleaders for all these socialist programs and for raising taxes.

My sentiments exactly.

Do you mean to tell me that a republican president signed the largest budget in US history, increased the size of govt. more than any democrat in US history, did not reduce or eliminate enough federal regulations which hurt business and appointed Pro-abortion judges to the Federal Bench in various states?
