Staff Sergeant Delmar Simpson. He was a Army instructor who got consensual sexual favors from his trainees. Even though the sex was consensual, he was charged with a new offense invented by the Reno AG's office -- "constructive force" because he used his "powerful" position to influence his subordinates to sex. Now we have Clinton (in the most powerful position of all) gaining sexual favors first over a young and vulnerable intern and now over someone at the bottom end of the military chain of command with him at the top as Commander in Chief.
He should be charged. The statute of limitiations has not run out.
