Make them vote. All who vote "no" are not friends of the United States.My heart agrees but my head says "Bad idea." A resolution rejected but then ignored by us would give France and Germany et al. a pretense to throw it to the General Assembly, which would likely vote against us. As it stands now we have the legal backing of 1441 and all prior resolutions.
