I see in the news that President Bush may give Saddam a 72-hour ultimatem or thereabouts. I imagine the Mall might have special security during wartime. People shouldn't be bringing large, unwrapped packages to the rally and such, and they should be willing and prepared for any extra security checks LEO want to do if they go up to visit the Lincoln Memorial itself.
