I wonder what he meant by that last part about more resolutions?

My impression is that the message to the UN is, "We're going in now. Are you coming along with us or not?"

He seemed to indicate that resolutions may come after the war starts, giving the UNSC a chance to get in on the action.

When Bush said March 17th, it looks like he meant 17th, when he used that line about tomorrow being the day the world will have to decide.

It could also mean, "Do you want to end this charade, or will the UN wind up in the dustbin of world organizations like the League of Nations."
