My OJ Simpson Bronco has extremely loud horns. I would roll up the window and trigger the alarm button and let the horns work.

Inside it is not so bad. I have ear plugs in the console for just a use. I got caught in some stupid protest a few years ago and had my way block. The horns worked great so did pulling out my Bear Pepper Spray can to show the clymers. The alarm cycle honks the horns in a way that is truly annoying and deafening.
