Dixie chick says sorry to Bush over anti-war insult
The Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines has apologised to President George Bush for an anti-war comment she made at a London concert.
"As a concerned American citizen, I apologise to President Bush because my remark was disrespectful," the country singer said in a statement.
"I feel that whoever holds that office should be treated with the utmost respect."

She's worse than Chirac who at least has vast economic interests in Iraq he's trying to protect. She has acted out of hatred for G W Bush and the US. Her so-called apology is a phoney sham that she tries to pull off to protect her economic interest here at home now that she sees the hornets nest she stirred up.
