The things that make me sick is that Congress always puts 'sunset clauses' on every bill that is a benefit to the population but refuses to ever consider doing the same to any that give powers to the government over us.
To anyone who has ever read the draft of Patriot II, the first conclusion is that it is a rape of the uninformed sheep.
