At the risk of exposing my culinary ignorance, what the devil is Arab sauce? Do you have to squeeze a Shiite or something of the sort?

It's probably the white garlic sauce, or white sauce as my local mediterranean/middle eastern eatery calls it.

I'd like to try it, too, sounds a lot like that chicken flatbread thing they've been selling around here lately, but without the crappy process cheeze slices and bland sauce.

These fast food places may eventually learn: food with flavor sells these days.
