The ISI certainly didn't leak the impending raid on Khalid Sheik Mohammed, and if anyone in al-Qaida would know about ties to the ISI, it would be him.
But, keeping an eye on the ISI is extremely important. It's doubtful that all the bad guys in that agency have been successfully purged.
