Why does it say in the CIA world fact book that the US has like 46% of Iraqi exports?

Why does it say in the CIA world fact book that the US has like 46% of Iraqi exports? Why would we want to destroy our 46% of anything if it was of any value? IF it is true that we do--so what? We seem to be the only country willing to put principle ahead of money. Something the French, Germans, Chinese, and Russians will never know anything about. The Bolshevik revolution was all about money (the Reds were angry they didn't have any because they were too lazy to work for it)

We buy some oil from Iraq via the UN oil-for-food program. Something on the order of 3% or so of the total that we import from other nations.
