Smart move on your part. That song is not a song in support of the soldier: it's about how sad the big ugly mean government was to ruin this poor little girl's life by sending her man off to war when all she wanted to do was wear a bow in her hair and play the piccolo. What's more, they turned her into a lesbian, to boot.
