It will be interesting to see how many people show for their concerts during wartime. (if Natalie doesn't apologize further) Look, people are acting like this is Alec Baldwin or Barbra Streisand who have a history of over-the-top ridiculous statements. She said ONE THING some people dont completely agree with. Big deal. If people asked every performer you like in-depth questions about their beliefs, they would be calling for a boycott of almost every artist in the country.
I for one am not just going to turn my back on an entertainer because of a simple comment. A history of comments makes me never listen to them/watch them in the first place. If an artist can separate their music from their politics(like MOST do), then I care not. I believe this is the opinion of most people in this country, contrary to what posts on FR would lead one to believe.

It's not the first time. She's been on Politically Incorrect, spouting crap, she roasted Toby Keith over his patriotic song, saying it was basically childish and juvenile, and then she does this on foreign soil, in a country where our ally Blair is already fighting for his political life against anti-war sentiment. They refused to play Bush's event when he got elected, because Natalie said they were Gore supporters. Never mind before she came on board, they played his Governor events. She's an idiot.

Freetally, this more than a 'slip of the tougue'. First they criticized the 9-11 rememberance song by Toby Keith, saying that he 'shamed' country music. Then, announcing on stage that they are ashamed of the President, during war, in a foreign country. That is a pattern that will be noted by many, and not forgotten.
