Hi Libby. I'm still looking for someplace to rally on the 22nd. I may just take my flag and go stand in front of the National Guard Armory. Of course if anyone took my picture or if it got back to my Conference I would probably lose my job. Now if I was protesting the war I would get a promotion.

Hi Nan! Nice to see you online. What is your "conference"? One idea from another thread... Put on your burqhua (sp), then attack your dog chain. Get a friend to hold it with a sign that says:
Respect Arab Property Rights
I believe that would conceal your identity and even allow you to "assist" the nice appeaser people in their march, while making you politically correct to whichever "conference" you refer to. :)

Hey, that's a great idea. I hadn't thought of that. The United Methodist Conference of WV. frowns on political activism. Of course it's selective as it is everywhere else. I have no doubt they would praise me for protesting the war. And too, there's the possibility of offending some members of my congregation. I do have to remember that I am pastor to both Republicans and Democrats.
