Just heard on a local radio call-in show that the biggest country music station in Panama City, Florida will no longer play any Dixie Chicks' songs. To top it all off, everywhere a chick song was scheduled, a number by Toby Keith will be played.

I understand perfectly why comments about freepers can only be in the form of insults. Logic and well thought out responses escape them.

Last night the station played Darryl Worley's "Have You Forgotten?" then said several had called him to say he should dedicate the song to Natalie Maines. He then directed us to his station's Website to sound off. Currently the local are has voted 75% to 25% to stop playing the Dixie Chicks. I don't know if the station has responded as I don't listen to their juvenile morning show.

Shalom.
