Nah, from every indication of our vacilliating president, he won't move until the UN gives him the authority. In the meantime, Saddam would get every possibility to kill and destroy while our honourable men and women in uniform are unable to do anything because our Commander in Chief is AWOL hoping that France will give us their blessings.
