Thats what he tried doing at Al-Khafji in 1991, and all he succeeded in doing was getting his @$$ kicked.
That works for me. Diplomacy isn't working. If we're going to do this anyway, we shouldn't allow ANY movement that in ANY way increases the risk to our troops. He should be getting his @$$ kicked as we speak, or we should pack up and go home.
