I did read an interesting piece tonight on one of MadIvan's threads pointing out that the strong winds do help render the chems and bios less effective. I hadn't considered that, and
nothing is acceptable about Saddam using chems and bios... but for what it's worth.

MadIvan's right about the strong winds helping to more quickly dissipate chemicals, etc. At least there's an upside to these winds affecting the Iraq region.

Maybe someone around here can comment further on that ..
