Seriously, how do we go about getting the inspectors out without tipping our hand? I would suspect there is some sort of system or "notification network" in place. A red telephone perhaps?? :^)

Well I do hate to be mean but you know in wartime sometimes you just can't get a call thru, you can try and try and for some reason the lines are just dead. Sorry, so very sorry.

Considering that every "unannounced" inspection was preceded by Iraqis scurrying about trying to hide the more-obvious of the evidence at each site, I'm not so sure it's either possible or desirable.
