I think Sad man would be a fool to move his missiles into the no fly zone. It's been reported that (we have already preemptively) struck out his radar that was positioned there.

Agreed; the problem with Saddam is he's hard to predict and he's cornered. I don't think he'll react pre-emptively but after reading The Threatening Storm it's easy to see why the CIA and other intel agencies have had a hard time predicting his next move(s).
