There is no way they have the knowledge to launch an ICBM from N.Korea( even if Clintoon gave it to them via China ) and have the guidance system to HIT a target as far as San Francisco .Launching a missle is much different than launching a missle with a functional nuclear warhead .. The missle would be intercepted and there would be a retaliatory attack that would end all this crap.
Best scenerio is the missle would detonate 1/2 mile above the launch pad and send them back to the stone age by their own hand .

It was my understanding that everyone but us and the Russians have to take extended prep time to launch their missiles, and before they could ever prep and launch, we'd be raining death on their heads.
