Now that the Iraqi ultimatum is about to be dropped, expect Kim to try and crash the party with another missile test. I'm sure it's been sitting on the launchpad just waiting for the order.

Thats right. However, Cobra Ball, and EC-3 will be tracking this, though. Plus stuff in the sky (orbital toys, I mean).
