Great idea. The war is not being fought for cable news ratings.

She knows what the rules are and she can go play the game now.

Nice headline, I thought maybe the Pentagon found another target for the next MOAB test..
To: PeterPrinciple
They can choose to report and we can choose to blow them up. It sounds fair to me.

Some leftist journalists, talking among themselves, quoting unnamed sources making these statements. Hmmmm.

What do they expect the troops to do? Walk up and ask for ID?
Using a sat dish on a battlefield can be bad for your health.

Hang on here--do these uplinks look the same to our planes as, say, anti-aircraft radar?

According to Ms. Adie, who twelve years ago covered the last Gulf War, the Pentagon attitude is: "entirely hostile to the the free spread of information."
War and controlling information, is this new? (Sarcasm)

"I am enormously pessimistic of the chance of decent on-the-spot reporting, as the war occurs," I say strap her to a MOAB, that should be pretty on the spot for her.

Ususal liberal drivel. An ARM will home in on it's assigned frequency emitter regardless of who is behind it.
My guess is that the DoD really stated it wouldn't make any particular frequency immune to attack.
Of course the liberal media whore has to read that as a personal attack on her not her antenna.

"I think this is outrageous! No bounty????"
Good point. We should charge the news service for the cost of the sortie.
