Ok, but if I recall correctly this was addressed quickly by the local authorities and the offending parties were removed and the problem was settled. There was no ongoing struggle or crisis. Trying to imply that there is some type of Iraqi connection in Djindjic's assasination sounds rather far fetched at this point.
