This is a massive amount money being laundered or muled by Johnson. 8 billion can elect a president, get control of the senate and the house and turn over some dictators.
Don Johnson was stopped in November, according to one report I read, and the German authorities returned ALL of the 8 billion in notes, stocks etc after PHOTOCOPYING the information!!
So, that 8 billion went on it's merry way.
We sure have had a LOT of War Protests world wide, since then haven't we??
And I bet there's still some change left over to buy the Presidency in 2004 as well.
