They are unemployed, uneducated, miseducated, or work for the Government (a close second to unemployment, but with the advantage of a paycheck provided by you and me). There are dangerous forces at work here, even if most of their sycophants are harmless boobs. Let the police do their jobs- remember- they actually have jobs.
