I picked one I've never heard of at random; the Independent American Party. Here is their mission statement:
To promote respect for life, liberty and property; strong traditional families; patriotism; and individual, state and national sovereignty -- with a strong reliance on the Declaration of Independence and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America -- by petition to God and by political and educational means.
Sound like OK folks!

"Sound like OK folks!" I have good, sound, decent, solid friends who have been American Independent for going on forty years - it's a good party.
The parties were provided for referencing the vast contrasts between them.

As I have posted so many times before (and been lambasted for) I WILL PERSONALLY GIVE OR TAKE AN *SS WHIPPING IF I SEE ANYONE PERPRETRATING ACTS DESCRIBED IN THESE POSTS!!! No lambast here. It sounds like a civic duty to me.

Hey, don't be mad: I agree with you, and I realized that I ought to have offered a clarification right after having posted. In my mind, members of the military are "government" employees in a highly different sense than any other - lives are on the line, and honor and valor are ever being tested. I guess that I just view a Marine or an Army officer a little bit differently from the guy who stands behind the counter at the DMV.

the guy behind the counter at DMV is there because the politicos PUT THAT GUY IN THAT POSITION. Roger that. I'm from Massachusetts (now in NH),and if I harbor residual prejudice against government workers it's only because in the People's Republic, EVERYONE in State government seems to get their job as a patronage handout or family heirloom. I expect it's different in Tennessee (anti-tax rallies are, ahem, rare in Mass.) That's why I'm a wee bit farther North.

I suppose it's undoable for a list of reasons . . .
but I'd still like to see small groups of 3-5 vets and their spouses drop in on each address sending such mail and talk about survival, traitors, sanity and the like.
All sweet like--but very forcefully as well.
And then maybe the next day, another different group of 3-5 vets and their spouses drop by the same addresses and repeat the discussion.
Perhaps the 3rd day with the 3rd group there could be a pop quiz.

A.N.S.W.E.R. is actually planning on...leaving their jobs, You sure these aren't mutually exclusive terms?
I think they want to keep you from getting to your jobs.
