Well, you can do that in La Habra, anyway. As long as there's no malice in your heart when you wreck the joint, the police chief will not hamper your self-expression in any way.

Sure, sounds like if there is no complaint from the owner of the ACLU office, you can have at it. And remember, if you do it with a smile on your face and a bounce on your step, then the cops will even watch while you go at it.
