When I said commitment I ment commitment to free market. There is some in China. They have 5000 years history without political freedom. In the short run, they'll be happy with what is given to them. If we slow down inovation (monopolization forces due to size) then they'll become a problem. That's my major point.

This is why some sort of campaign finance reform is important. Not the kind the democrats propose, but the kind that prevents the big corporate contributors from having a disproportionate voice in what laws & regulations get passed affecting small businesses.
