Thanks Mud, that worked just fine.

Some thoughts & initial impressions, here.

Mike?
As I sat & listened to "Sunshine" I couldn't help but be transported back to 1967-68-69. Years that brought us "The Robbs," or "Paul Revere & The Raiders" to name only two icons from the dozens of successful groups born during those wonderful years.

Those exceptionally good years were golden ones for music & the industry, overall, & I think you'd have to agree?
Would've found me (& millions of ordinary American kids just like me) behind the wheel of my muscle car, a pretty babe seated next to me, as we listened to the AM Pop tunes we so dearly loved and are sorely missing, today.
Was a *real* flashback, alright.

But then -- within the same song, "Sunshine" -- you guys shift gears from Pop into Hard Rock.
With the help of your excellent lead singer, quite suddenly there's a morph into the likes of which I haven't heard since Deep Purple & their hayday of the early 70s.

Your solo was pretty damned good, my friend; and, I've known a few pretty accomplished Lead players in my day, too.
Hell, I could have coffee mainlined directly into my viens 24&7 'till I die and probably never come near to your mastery of the instrument as it stands right now. Fact.
Simply supurb; but, more importantly??
Fun to listen to.

I'm guessing you have a rhythm player, & the mix -- at times -- made it somewhat difficult to hear your subtle licks & riffs; still, it's a "rock" group so that, plus the loud percussion, is to be expected.

This endevour's a learning experience for each one of you guys; and, as Harry Chapin so wisely wrote, "It's got to be the goin', not the gettin' there that's good."
So, you're all making memories & that's the bottom line from my POV.
That the sound you're making is also damned good??
Sauce for the goose.

Big point I'd like to emphasize is that y'all have a *chemistry*, are well practiced, & very successful in generating a good, hard & driving beat which can be heard as well as felt -- as it must be -- IF it's to even stand a chance.
Not only did this listener) find the "sound" extremely attractive; but, also believe it's something that'd sell, & sell big. (IF "the business" will permit it...)

Well, I was compelled to purchase a copy of your CD; so, we'll hear what else your band thought worthy of recording on -- what I believe is -- your first CD?

...interesting, to say the least.
