"Concealment like this is an international fraud - business as usual at the UN. Get the UN out of the US. Do what has to be done in Iraq. The sooner the better for both actions.

This means we could go to war against Blix and the UN too. Even if Saddam did go into exile, now we have the UN here on home turf...and we need to tell them to leave immediately. Their vested interest is to hurt us.
