Here in CA the illegals are displaying similar decals. Calvin is wearing a big sombrero and is urinating on "La Migra"--illegalspeak for the INS.
I'm not kidding.
They are that brazen and do not fear being picked up and deported--even though the decal practically screams "I AM AN ILLEGAL ALIEN!"...
