Our best young men and women
Are poised to make us proud

All volunteers
No one made them come

That is their battle cry
As they crush our mortal foes
On the land and in the sky

In this generation
Many heroes will arise
Some will simply do their part
And some will even die

But when the battle's through
By the dawn's early light
Old Glory will still be flying
Having made it through the fight
