The 1193 EPA study that says second hand smoke kills was thrown out by a federal court in 1998. Furthermore the court lambasted the EPA for junk science.
THERE IS NO PROOF SECOND HAND SMOKE KILLS ANYTHING

It may not kill but it does affect young children. Every time my son was exposed to second hand smoke (all my in-laws smoke) he became sick almost immediately. I don't agree with banning smoking but I do think smokers could be a little more courteous around non-smokers, escpecially children. If smokers would simply avoid non-smokers and stop trying to argue that smoking is not bad for their health they would get more support from "conservatives" that waffle about the entire debate.
