60% of Kosovo Serbian property

Pristina ( Vecernje novosti) - Kosovo Agriculture Minister Goran Bogdanovic has said 62 per cent of land in Kosovo is Serb property. "There are authentic facts, papers and ownership documents to prove this. These are all irrefutable facts that must be taken into account in any debate on Kosovo", stressed Bogdanovic. "In the event that Kosovo be divided, such a percentage of land owned by the Serbs would be our strongest argument that the international community would simply have to accept and recognise", said the Minister. He explained that the Kosovo Albanian were aware of these facts "thus trying to forge the documents and records so that all trace of Serbs is lost in the province".

Keep those title deeds safe. Even if the UN/NATO cabal detaches Kosovo from the rest of Serbia, the moment the Albanianized "Kosova" tries to join the E.U., E.U. property law will require the Serb land be given back.

As King Theoden said in the Lord of the Rings "Oft evil will evil mar."

No, but I read on FR that the Greeks who owned land in Constantinople (and were disposessed much longer ago than the Serbs of Kosovo) are planning to mount claims under EU property law if Turkey is admitted. Interestingly, the Greek minority in Constantinople is very much in favor of Turkish admission, while the Republic of Greece opposes it.

A friend of mine is from Germany...the part of Germany that Poland has now. Her brother who lives still lives in another part of Germany has already retained an attorney and the moment Poland becomes a full member of the EU, he is having papers filed to have their family lands returned to them. I understand it a huge piece of property and well worth the fight.

My friend says they have a strong case because even though the land remains a part of Poland, according to the EU laws, individual land owners cannot be deprived of their land just because it was turned over to another country due to war.

Oh, well.... looks like the land stealing albanians had better start making plans to GO HOME TO ALBANIA!! good riddance to bad rubbish!
