I agree with you. Higher premiums would solve the problem. You just articulated the solution better than I!Smokers pay higher premiums now. Do those who own pets? How about the overweight? Couch potatoes? Poor family history? Inner city dwellers? Of all the risks possible in the insurance pool, smokers are the only ones who pay their own way.
