If CBS wanted to be fair, they would put Rush up against Clinton. Now there's a fair fight. Well, maybe not quite fair, because we would win every time.

Putting Clinton up against Dole is like putting Tyson up against someone's old grandmother. CBS, your bias is showing.

Check out an earlier thread on FR...CBS wanted to pair Clinton against Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich, or another conservative who has a pulse and can actually express himself.

According to sources in both the CBS News and Entertainment Divisions, Clinton would only sign the deal if he was paired with Dole, and CBS willingly caved.

As I advocated earlier, I recommend anyone watching 60 Minutes tune out after the last story segment. That way, ratings for the last quarter-hour tank, and the program's overall average drops as well. If the "tuneout" is large enough, CBS will pull the plug on ol' Slick. Sunday night is the most watched night of television in the U.S. Even liberal CBS won't keep Clinton if viewers abandon the last 15 minutes of 60 Minutes...

Actually, I think the perfect pairing would be clinton v Coulter.

Imagine clinton being trashed by a hot blonde, oh the irony of it!

Once he realised he couldn't win a single argument he'd spend his entire time trying to look up her skirt while he played with himself on national TV.

Perhaps they could put a sink on the set for him....
