Important on 2 fronts - war against terror....1st the capture of the mastermind of 9/11 attacks against us....
believe capture will disrupt planning
2nd...arrived at important moment ...saddam and Weapons of terror....in NY tomorrow UN receives update from Blix....needs to answer single question..."has the Iraqi regime fully and conditionally disarmed, as required by res. 1441 or has it not?"
